Andrew Curran is the Director of Partner Talent and Human Capital Operations, Asia Pacific, for Oliver Wyman. He is passionate about working at the interface of people development, performance, and commercial delivery, in dynamic and evolving business environments.
With over 20 years of experience in Banking and Finance, and Professional Services industry in the region, Andrew has honed his skills covering business leadership/HR partnering, cross-border people service and delivery, and multi-jurisdictional operations. His expertise is also complemented with client facing and business development exposure, and commercial focus.
Andrew’s current focus is on Partner talent capability and services for Asia Pacific, covering senior talent souring, development, enrichment, and progression of the firm’s business leaders. He has been with Oliver Wyman Group since 2014, and held roles spanning the breadth of the HR environment for the Asia Pacific region, including responsibility for key People function areas such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and HR Operations. He has led and contributed to the consistent and sustained regional business and team growth in terms of headcount, footprint, and performance.
Andrew was born in the UK, and raised in Australia. He has been based in Singapore since 2005, and is married to Denise, has a son and daughter. He is enthusiastic about endurance sports and French bulldogs.
