Weng Hong strongly believes that people should be at the center of every business strategy. Creating a mentally healthy environment for employees to thrive is crucial to establishing a successful organization. In his current role, he works closely with businesses to facilitate change and embed good mental health practices within workplaces in a sustainable and measurable way.

Weng Hong is also a board member of Project Green Ribbon (a non-profit organisation focussing on the mental health of youths), a Fellow of the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise, a member of the APAC FP&A Advisory Council of the Association for Financial Professionals and a volunteer mentor for undergraduates.

Prior to these roles, Weng Hong had an extensive track record of leadership in finance and operations, both in listed companies and MNCs across the Asia Pacific region, for more than 20 years. He specializes in the FMCG industry and has led teams to achieve exceptional financial results. He is also known for his passion for people development. Additionally, he held board positions in listed and privately held companies.
